Called to Pastor at age 60, Pastor Morrell is an anointed man of God dedicated to making disciples for Christ. His genuine love for God's people is demonstrated as he nurtures believers through the new birth to maturity process. He's known as a word preacher, pastor, prophet, and miracle worker as God uses him to perform many divine miracles. Building a 12,000 square foot worship campus as the founding church building on 9 acres was indeed a miracle. God decided Living Water would begin differently than most churches. Since its inception February 2004, Pastor Morrell has led a multicultural congregation welcoming anyone who calls upon the name of Jesus. Hundreds of souls have been delivered from the clutches of darkness and escorted into the marvelous light of Christ. Pastor Morrell established over 20 ministries within the church including a weekly radio broadcast in such a short time. He is the husband of one wife (Pastor Brenda) for 50 years, father of three children, spiritual father to many, grandfather of four, brother, friend, fisherman, and established business owner of Morrell Floor Covering (since 1964). He studied at Aenon Bible College and Indiana Wesleyan University earning pastoral licensing with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.
Together with her husband, Pastor Brenda is called to pastor a multicultural congregation hand-chosen by God. Her formal education as a Christian counselor is used daily to help God's people overcome life's most difficult challenges. Known as a praiser who can usher in the presence of the Lord through preaching, singing, worshipping, or dancing, she brings a fresh wind of change to any service. She was named "Preacher of the Year" by the school of Theology and Ministry at Indiana Wesleyan University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology and Christian ministries. In addition, she has experience in jail counseling ministry, international missions to Dominican Republic, concert organization, teen ministry, women's ministry, and television and radio broadcasting. She studied at Aenon Bible College and earned her pastoral license with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. She is a mother of three and grandmother of three.
Called to church leadership at age 17, Dr. Morrell has held many offices and positions on the local, state, and international levels including youth president, women's ministry captain, state young peoples' public relations director, state singles ministry president, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., International Missions Department Treasurer, and international youth coordinator for the Dominican Republic Council of Churches. Her work internationally helps thousands of young people learn abundant living and economic growth. Leadership training in administration, innovative approaches to ministry, intervention strategies, strategic planning, budgets, finance, and lifestyle changes is her expertise. Dr. Morrell holds an earned Doctorate degree in management and organizational leadership, an MBA, a B.S. in business administration. She studied at Indiana Wesleyan University, University of Phoenix, and Aenon Bible College where she was ordained an assistant pastor with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.
